Mitt Romney announced he had chosen Rep. Paul Ryan of Wisconsin as his running mate Saturday as he began a four-day, four-state bus tour. Romney and Ryan appeared together at an event in Norfolk, Virginia, at 9 a.m. ET. Their next event takes place this afternoon in Ashland, Virginia, outside Richmond.
